Returns

We offer a 14-day right of return from the day you received your order.

For a return to be approved, the product must:

  • be unused
  • be in original condition
  • be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend sending the return with trackable shipping, as the customer is responsible for the package until it has been received by us.


Complaints

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via email with pictures and your order number.

For approved complaints, we offer:

  • redelivery
  • replacement product
  • or refund depending on the case

We always strive to find a solution that feels secure and fair for you as a customer.


Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Products showing signs of use, damage, or lacking original packaging cannot be approved for return.

Specially ordered products or products with personal customization are not covered by the right of return.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account.


Delivery

All jewelry is carefully prepared after order to ensure high quality and meticulous finish.

Delivery time: approximately 7–25 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
